The studied urban area is of special importance due to its location in the historical center of the city. The delimiting streets appear on maps from the 1700s, as some of the first 5 main streets of the old city. This lot of land has undergone many changes and reconstructions throughout history due to social evolution, and various more or less successful interventions. We find here heritage buildings, but also common houses built in the XVIII, XIX centuries in an advanced degree of degradation. The constructions on the studied lot have a common street front, continuously, with small exceptions. Here we find high constructions in eclectic, secession, neoclassical style, but also classicist baroque (church).
